Identify the decisions that need local or professional advice

A catalogue project can combine product information, customer details, payment records and several languages. These subjects do not all have the same decision-maker. Before implementation, identify the question that needs an authoritative answer and the person responsible for applying that answer to your organisation.

Faith Forge Labs provides remote technical work from the United States. Project and technical communication is in English unless additional support is explicitly arranged. This guide helps prepare the work; it does not establish a Czech office, a professional licence or a legal conclusion about your project.

Start with the business activity

Describe what the proposed service actually does. Publishing a technical catalogue, accepting a request for a quotation and completing an online sale are different activities. A page called “shop” does not settle which one the business intends to offer.

For example, record whether the customer submits a question or commits to a purchase, who confirms availability, and what happens before any payment. Your commercial owner and relevant advisers determine the approved terms and disclosures. The implementation then needs to express that decision consistently in page copy, controls, messages and connected systems.

BusinessInfo.cz is an official starting point for business information and links to public administration. It can help locate a relevant topic or authority. Confirm that the particular guidance is current and applicable to your activity rather than treating the portal's existence as approval of a proposed workflow.

Describe the information you intend to collect

List the actual fields and files, why each is needed, who receives them and which providers handle them. “Customer data” is too broad to guide a form review. A work email address, a delivery contact and a confidential technical drawing can require different handling decisions.

The Czech Office for Personal Data Protection is an official source in its field. Your organisation and its advisers determine the applicable obligations, lawful arrangements and required notices. A developer should not fill unanswered policy questions with default wording or promise that a particular hosting choice establishes compliance.

A practical preparation record can name the field, purpose, intended recipients, retention decision owner and source of the approved instruction. Use fictional records for initial demonstrations and agree a suitable private route before sharing sensitive material.

Assign language and technical review separately

A Czech sentence can read naturally while omitting a decisive product qualifier. Conversely, a correct specification can be difficult to understand in either language. Name both the person who approves the technical meaning and the person who reviews the intended language.

The language guide follows a directional description whose viewpoint matters. It shows why a glossary should preserve the reference frame as well as the preferred term. Professional Czech review and any additional language support must be arranged explicitly; translated website pages do not change the project's default working language.

Check provider documentation for provider behaviour

For payments, accounting connections, storage and exports, consult the documentation for the actual product, account and version. Establish which operations are supported and which decisions remain manual. The payment guide distinguishes a receipt from its allocation; it does not prescribe accounting treatment.

Keep the final decision record short enough to use: question, source, responsible reviewer, approved instruction and any unresolved condition. Bring those records to project planning. The separate catalogue export review helps examine a provider's technical exit capability without substituting for professional advice.
