Questions about Czechia website and software projects

Do you work from Czechia?

Faith Forge Labs delivers remotely from the United States. This site is intended for organisations connected with Czechia; it does not represent a Czech office or local emergency attendance. Working hours, review meetings and any support coverage are agreed for the project.

Can we conduct the project in Czech?

English is the working language for technical delivery and project conversations. Czech translation, professional review and additional language assistance require a separate arrangement. Tell us what your reviewers and users need before the scope is settled. The Czech introduction explains the services and that boundary.

Can you improve our existing catalogue?

Yes, where the required access and supported capabilities can be established. We first examine the product model, public pages, documents, inquiry route and editing process. A correction to one relationship or a better page structure may be sufficient. Replacement needs its own case, including the information and functions that must survive migration.

Do you build both quotation catalogues and online shops?

The catalogue service can include inquiry routes or online selling. Your business defines which items can be purchased directly, what needs review and how prices, availability and fulfilment are established. Merchant eligibility, provider capabilities and accounting requirements must be confirmed for the actual arrangement.

What if our buyers do not know a part number?

A family-level question can have its own route. The buyer can describe the application or uncertainty that your team is equipped to review. The page should explain the information needed without claiming that the software can make a professional suitability decision. An exact-item request should retain the specific reference when one is known.

Can a portal show customer documents without exposing internal notes?

That separation can be part of the design. We define the customer task and permissions across the page, document retrieval, previews, notifications and exports. The underlying application and provider must support the agreed controls. A hidden link or search exclusion is not a substitute for access control.

Will a supplier feed overwrite our edited descriptions?

Only if the agreed field rules allow it. Integration planning identifies matching identifiers, imported values and locally reviewed content. Unknown categories and ambiguous omissions need a decision rather than an automatic guess. A representative trial should show exactly what changes after the next feed, including a repeated exchange.

Can staff use the application on phones?

We can design mobile web or application workflows after assessing the task, devices and operating conditions. An office reviewer still needs to understand the relationship between each image, caption and task. Offline storage and later synchronisation are explicit requirements; they should not be inferred from a page loading on a phone.

Who approves technical statements and Czech text?

Your nominated product or appropriately qualified reviewer approves specifications and professional claims. A suitable Czech reviewer checks the language where required. We can organise the content and review process, but design approval alone does not establish either technical accuracy or language quality.

Will search work guarantee higher rankings?

No. We can improve useful content, technical implementation and the consistency of visible information and structured data. Indexing, search presentation and commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond those changes. Measurement should answer a defined question and distinguish received, actionable inquiries from clicks.

How do we get an estimate?

Start with the current route, the desired result and one safe example. Where the underlying system is uncertain, a focused assessment may be needed before estimating implementation. Pricing and scope explains the effects of data preparation, provider access, content review and handover.

What should we send initially?

Use a public URL and fictional or redacted explanation. Do not send passwords, tokens, private customer files or regulated records through the ordinary inquiry form. Access, if needed, is arranged later through a suitable private route. The project brief guide helps organise the initial information.

What happens after delivery?

The agreement identifies ownership, acceptance, source access and any ongoing support. Future content changes, provider updates and repairs need responsible people and a defined route. Support planning helps distinguish routine editing from an issue requiring investigation.
