Agree the handovers before they become delays.
A useful project plan identifies the people and information needed to complete the work. We begin with one task and use it to establish a first scope that can be reviewed.
Describe the current route
Explain who begins the task, which systems are involved and where clarification is repeatedly needed. A public URL and fictional example are enough for an initial discussion.
Define the first deliverable
The agreement sets the work, dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance checks. Provider access, content approvals and language review are assigned explicitly rather than assumed to appear during development.
Review the normal case and the exception
Important changes can be reviewed privately. Your content owner checks facts, an operational colleague follows the task and the relevant language reviewer checks the wording. A changed request often reveals an assumption that a demonstration misses.
Make ownership usable
Account control, source access, routine editing and support should be clear at handover. We discuss the next release without leaving the current process dependent on an unexplained placeholder.
