Write down what the next person needs.
Use this handover sheet for one recurring customer request. Replace names, documents and account details with fictional examples. The goal is to identify which information enables the next decision.
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| The request | What is the person asking the business to provide? |
| The identifier | Which stable reference keeps messages and files together? |
| The specification | Which version or detail must staff review? |
| The decision | Who may accept, clarify or reject the request? |
| The source | Which system owns each important value? |
| The exception | What happens if the customer changes the request? |
| The review | Who checks the process, facts and Czech or English wording? |
Use the gaps to scope the work
If the same question is missing from most requests, better website content or a form may help. If the information exists but staff must repeatedly copy it, a connection or shared tool may be useful. Do not assume a large replacement is necessary before reviewing the pattern.
For local questions, official starting points include BusinessInfo.cz and the Office for Personal Data Protection. Relevant advisers decide how requirements apply to the project. The sheet is a planning aid, not professional certification.
