Make the task usable where the work happens.
A mobile report contains two photographs, but the office cannot tell whether either answers the reviewer's question. One shows an installation overview; the other is meant to show a particular connection. We develop mobile workflows that carry the question and job context with each image so the next person can make the intended decision.
Give the two images different jobs
For a fictional service visit, agree what the reviewer needs from the overview and the close detail. Associate each with the task reference, a useful caption and the next responsible person. A generic upload folder cannot explain whether the second photograph is missing, waiting to send or no longer required.
The business's appropriate reviewer decides whether an image supports a technical conclusion and whether more evidence is needed. The application can organize that work; attaching a photograph does not constitute engineering approval. Collect location or personal information only where the organization has defined a purpose and access rules.
Build the smallest complete review handover
A first paid scope can cover one job-photo task: capture or select the two images, name their purpose, display their individual transfer states and give the office a review list. We assess the existing tools and devices before choosing an installed application or mobile web interface. Camera access and repeat use may affect that choice; a new app is not required simply because staff work away from a desk.
Leave one image outstanding
In an agreed test environment, let the overview arrive while the detailed image remains on the device after an interrupted transfer. Ask the office reviewer to explain which question they can consider and which still needs material. Resume the outstanding image and check that it joins the same task with its caption, rather than creating another job or appearing as an unrelated attachment.
Acceptance includes the permitted user's device view, the office record and a request for a clearer replacement image. Agree the local storage, retention and synchronization behavior where offline work is required. Device checks, supported versions, business-owned accounts, release responsibilities and future care are explicit scope items.
Bring an invented report and the questions each image should answer. Our field-photo context note helps prepare a first workflow without treating file transfer as the whole service.
