Attach the photo to the job context, not just the upload folder

A mobile tool can collect photographs successfully while leaving office staff unsure what each one shows. Connect the image to the job context and the decision it supports, rather than treating upload completion as the entire workflow.

Ask what the reviewer needs

A Czech service team might photograph a fictional installation detail for later review. Staff need the relevant task, a readable caption and the person responsible for the next action. Avoid collecting unnecessary location or personal information without an agreed purpose.

Make pending work visible

If the connection drops, the application should distinguish a photo waiting on the device from one accepted by the server. The user needs a safe retry route that does not create an unexplained second job.

Keep interpretation with the reviewer

A photograph may assist a technical decision, but the application should not imply professional approval merely because an image was attached. The organization identifies who can assess the material.

Test the office handover

Use a synthetic task with two different images and an interrupted upload. Ask the reviewer to explain the question each image supports and which item remains outstanding.

OWASP's upload guidance covers technical handling controls. We can develop the mobile workflow with the review context included.
