Improve the diagram's explanation without changing its technical meaning

A technical diagram may need clearer labels, better hierarchy or a more readable layout. Those changes should help the reader understand approved information without silently changing what the diagram means.

Identify the source and reviewer

A Czech business preparing a catalog or presentation should name the product owner or qualified reviewer and the approved source material. A designer should not infer missing dimensions, relationships or claims from appearance.

Separate presentation changes

Type size, spacing, color and ordering may improve communication. Changing a label, removing a connection or combining two symbols can affect meaning and needs the appropriate review. The boundary depends on the actual diagram.

Use text and image together

Important information should remain understandable in the intended format and size. A diagram on a phone may need an accompanying explanation or a suitable download rather than an unreadably small image.

Review the final use

Check the website, document and campaign versions that will actually be published. Approval of the original artwork does not automatically cover a later crop or reduced-size export.
