Give technical claims a named reviewer before design approval
A technical claim can become more persuasive when it appears in a carefully designed table. That makes review more important, not less. The person approving the layout may not be qualified to approve the underlying statement.
Identify the claim owner
A Czech supplier's website may include specifications, compatibility statements or professional certifications. Record who confirms each type of information and which approved source supports it. Do not infer a claim from a similar product or an old sales presentation.
Keep supplied material traceable
Associate diagrams and documents with the intended product or service. If a specification is revised, identify the pages and assets that use it. A visual template should not make a shared value appear to apply to every item automatically.
Review text and image together
A caption, badge or illustration can imply more than the adjacent paragraph says. Ask the relevant reviewer to inspect the full page and the campaign version, not only a copied text document.
Use a clear fallback
When a claim cannot yet be confirmed, omit it or explain the available information accurately. Do not invent a certification, guarantee or performance result to complete a design panel.
BusinessInfo.cz provides official business-information routes, while your qualified advisers and product owners determine the actual claims. A design or content engagement should include those approval responsibilities.
