Make a download label explain what the buyer will receive

A catalog full of links called download makes buyers open files just to discover what they contain. A useful label can answer that question before the transfer, particularly on a phone or a slower connection.

Describe the document

Keep the page useful without the file

Ask someone unfamiliar with the catalog to find a specific fictional document. Check the label, destination and ability to return to the inquiry. Include a mobile review and an accessibility check of the supplied document itself where needed.
