Build menu

Choose a user problem worth finishing.

The strongest starting point is not “we need an app.” It is a specific person in or connected to Czechia who needs to complete a task more accurately, safely, or efficiently.

Public journey

Websites that answer the next real question

Plan an information path from first concern to contact, quote, application, purchase, or support. Useful work may include a marketing site, service library, searchable directory, customer portal, or publishing system. Czech-language responsibility, content approval, analytics, accessibility, and page ownership are part of the build.

Operational journey

Internal tools that remove handoff friction

Replace spreadsheets, inbox routing, repeated entry, or invisible approval steps with a narrow system the team can understand. Roles, audit history, failure states, import and export, and the system of record are mapped before automation begins.

Connected journey

Integrations with a safe failure path

Connect CRM, identity, documents, payments, notifications, or reporting while making retries, duplicates, timeouts, and ownership visible. A successful API response is not enough; reconciliation and support need somewhere to live.

Knowledge journey

AI support with a human checkpoint

Use retrieval, classification, drafting, or research assistance where inputs, access, evaluation, and fallback can be defined. The operator must know what the model can see, when its answer requires review, and what happens when confidence is low.

Recovery journey

Modernize without discarding what still works

Inventory the current application, data, integrations, hosting, and release path. Stabilize urgent risks first, then replace components in an order that protects users and business continuity. Documentation and rollback are deliverables, not afterthoughts.

Local acceptance

Make Czechia conditions testable

Test Czech characters and approved copy, appropriate dates and numbers, CZK display where relevant, address and identifier fields only when justified, mobile and keyboard use, data controls, transaction messages, and support ownership. Qualified reviewers approve conclusions outside engineering.

A concrete example of a responsible first release

A Czechia-facing service team might begin with one request path: a visitor chooses a service, supplies the minimum necessary details, receives a clear confirmation, and the internal owner can track, assign, and close the request. The release would define Czech copy ownership, privacy notice placement, validation and error states, notification fallback, retention, analytics, accessibility, and the evidence used for acceptance. It would not start by promising an entire platform.
