Understand and agree

Identify users, languages, systems and recurring difficulties. Agree scope, reviewers, dates, provider dependencies and a recovery approach.

Build and review

Inspect manageable pieces. Include Czech review and tests for permissions, duplicate actions, interrupted connections and unavailable providers. Compare customer messages and staff records through the whole task.

Publish and hand over

Check important journeys in the released version. Explain code, accounts, settings, deployment, known issues and support. Name who maintains content and approves changes. See responsibilities and preparation.
