Bring the system as it exists.
List the applications, files, inboxes, manual handoffs, owners, and recurring failures. Mark the pieces that must stay available during change.
Name country-specific owners.
Who approves Czech content, formats, accessibility, service facts, customer support, data decisions, commercial terms, and any specialist conclusions?
List the information and destinations.
What enters, why is it needed, who sees it, which vendors receive it, where remote access occurs, how long it remains, and who handles requests or incidents?
Separate payment from the rest.
If money is involved, identify seller, customer, service, display and contract currency, provider account, settlement, invoice, tax reviewer, refund, and reconciliation owner.
Define “done” before the schedule.
Name devices, browsers, language checks, accessibility, performance, security, analytics, failure states, recovery, documentation, approvers, and the preferred launch window.
Send the smallest safe package.
Do not email passwords, private keys, production exports, identity documents, or personal data. Start with a description and redacted screenshots if helpful. Secure access can be arranged only after the project and authority are understood.
