Planning
Count the inquiry your team can use, not only the button press
A button click shows an interaction, but it may not show that a useful request reached the business. Decide what you want to learn before treating a large interaction count as a successful website outcome.
Separate the stages
A Czech supplier might want to distinguish a visit to a product page, an inquiry attempt, a received request and a request with enough information for review. These stages reveal different problems and should not be added together as if they were the same event.
Use a practical definition
Ask staff what makes an inquiry actionable. The answer might be a recognizable product or application and a valid reply route. Avoid collecting unnecessary personal information simply to make reporting more detailed.
Check the measurement path
Use an agreed test process to verify the actual outcome. A changed button label or a browser-side success animation cannot establish that the request was accepted. Provider reporting and business review have their own verification limits.
Read the result with context
A small number of requests or a short period should not become a sweeping claim about demand. Review the content, task and source freshness alongside the figures.
Clear submission feedback helps the customer understand the outcome. We can scope the inquiry and reporting definitions as part of website measurement work, with actual business usefulness reviewed separately.
